Inter Milan striker Mario Balotelli could soon find himself on the way out of the San Siro and heading for a new life in the English capital if talks about a swap deal involving him and Arsenal’s Cesc Fabregas are to be believed.
The Italy U-21 who of late has had a strained relationship with his coach Jose Mourinho is believed to be of keen interest to Arsene Wenger. I have to admit that although these reports are a little bit over the top, Balotelli is indeed struggling to get into Mourinho’s good books.
Its ironical because its not like he doesn’t score goals because he does. I just believe that his attitude has something to do with it. Balotelli is a good player and to be able to play for a club like Inter Milan regularly at his age is no mean feat. His among the next generation of Inter players that includes Santon and Muntari.
Like i had said earlier, what Balotelli could learn to do is to smile a little bit more often. Inter’s opponents could capitalise on his quick temper loss and intentionally frustrate him so that he can lose his composure and concentration and eventually put on a bad performance which would be detrimental to the whole team.
That said, there is no denying that this young star has a bright future ahead of him. We can only wait and see how this saga plays out although i highly doubt this swap deal even happening.
