Super Mario is once again back in the news. This time at least, not for racism. Balotelli apparently did not take it well when he was substituted in the 68th minute of Inter‘s 1-0 win over Fiorentina in the Italian Cup and he vented his anger before making his way down the tunnel.
Mourinho explained that Balotelli’s not coming back for his defensive duties when Fiorentina had won corner was what led him to make the change. Mourinho further stated that Balotelli’s temper flares “get on his nerves”. Inter are definitely in a catch 22 situation. Should they get rid of Mourinho or Balotelli? Because its clear that the rift between the duo is growing bigger and bigger.
In my opinion, Balotelli should calm his temper. It’s not helping him or his club. Sure, we all agree that he got game but, with an attitude like that, am sorry to say that he will not be lucky to find another club if he ever leaves the Nerazzurri. This is not the first time that Balotelli has shown utter arrogance to Mourinho or his team mates. I think its time for Inter to pull the plug on this fiasco and end it once and for all.
Balotelli may only be 19 but he should not use that as an excuse to disrespect the hand that feeds him. Moratti’s patience may run out and when that happens, the cosequences will be grave!
