Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has admitted the club are interested in signing Napoli’s Ezequiel Lavezzi, but will only do so for the right price.
Having set both the Serie A and Champions League alight this season, Lavezzi has attracted interest from clubs all over Europe. However, with Napoli seemingly unwilling to sell the Argentinean, it would take a considerable bid to pry the player from the Stadio San Paolo.
Moratti verified recent rumors that Inter Milan are hoping to attract Lavezzi to the club, but he insists the Nerazzurri have other options.

Andrea Stramaccioni was satisfied because “today’s match against Cesena was the hardest one because it was the one to potentially put us up there in contention with the other teams for 3rd place, and often in the past we didn’t take advantage of the situation.” The Nerazzurri coach spoke to Sky Sport Italia on the win that left Inter with 55 points in the standings “against a team that was already relegated, but one that played a good game, as they had done against Juventus. It was a good match.”
Another comeback for Stramaccioni’s Inter, but he assured:

Wow. What a weekend. Inter take care of business against Cesena (match report below) and Udinese beat Lazio while Napoli drew with Roma.
So with three games to go, Inter are now tied with Napoli and Udinese on 55 points for the third and final Champions League spot.
On Tuesday Napoli play Palermo at home while Inter travel to Parma and Udinese go to Cesena. Inter have the harder schedule of games left, but if they win all three, I think they will pip Napolli and Udinese for third.

Goran Pandev is set to return to Inter Milan at the end of the season after his loan spell at Napolli ends, according to Il Mattino.
Pandez has been on a season long loan with Napoli, but has not able to break into the Napoli line-up due to the talented attacking players they have.
As a result he has spent most of the season on the bench, scoring just six times since the start of the season.
Pandev has two years left on his Inter contract and it will be interesting to see what they do with his during the summer, especially with Inter’s scoring woes this summer.

Inter Milan defender Javier Zanetti is confident his side can overhaul Lazio to finish third in Serie A and secure a place in next season’s Champions League.
Inter have risen to fifth in the league and closed to within three points of Lazio and two of fourth-placed Napoli, with four league fixtures remaining.
Andrea Stramaccioni’s side have a golden opportunity to keep the pressure on Sunday when they take on Cesena, whose relegation from Serie A was confirmed following their defeat to Juventus in midweek.
“We work for third place, we want to reach the Champions League,” defender Zanetti said.

Wesley Sneijder has expressed his delight in returning to first-team action for Inter as he helped his side claim a 3-1 Serie A win over Udinese on Wednesday evening.
The Dutchman was key in the victory, orchestrating the midfield and grabbing two goals in a man-of-the-match performance.
Sneijder was delighted at his return to form after a spell on the sidelines due to injury.
“It’s a great feeling to be important for Inter again,” he told De Telegraaf,”I decided to make a return only after completely recovering from my injury this time. It’s tempting to rush your comeback, but it generally doesn’t work out. I am back to my usual best again now.”
