Forza Ragazzi When Lazio come calling at the Guiseppe Meazza stadium on Sunday, they will be looking to put memories of their poor start to the season behind. Inter Milan on the other hand wil be looking to erase their memories of their unexpected draw against Atalanta in their last league fixture.

Inter warmed up for this match with a victory against Livorno in the Italian Cup on Tuesday night. Playmaker Wesley Sneijder scored the solitary goal through a free-kick to hand the Nerazzurri an important win to halp them progress through to the quarter finals.

Inter coach Jose Mourinho admitted to being happy the result and will expect his side to go one better against the Lazio on Sunday. This will be the last fixture before the teams break for a deserved rest period. Inter know that they cannot afford to drop anymore points if they are to clinch the scudetto without any hustle.

Their arch rivals AC Milan are in 2nd place 5 points behind Inter and with the rossoneri also facing an uphill task against Fiorentina on Saturday night, Inter will be hoping that the Viola could do the a favour by beating Milan. Although Lazio have not been competitive this season, Inter will be digging their own grave if they underestimate the Roman club.

The onus will therefore be on Mourinho to properly match his squad to ensure they end the year on a wining note.
