A little surprised to see that Inter have signed McDonald Mariga from Parma today. I was not expecting any additional activity from Inter in this transfer window,
Mariga, 22, joined Parma in the summer of 2008 and he has been drawing a lot of attention from England recently, especially from Manchester City.
A statement from Inter read:
“Mariga has signed a contract until 30th June 2014 and will wear the number 17 jersey.”
As part of the deal, Inter have sold half their rights to forward Jonathan Biabiany who is already at Parma on loan. Inter also announced that Luis Antonio Jimenez will also be joining Parma on loan after returning from his loan spell at West Ham.
