Moratti happy with start

Inter President Massimo Moratti was interviewed after last week’s win over Udinese and had some interesting comments on Inter’s start to the season.

On the Udinese game:

“The team looked good to me. it was an intense match, which makes us understand that every game is difficult, especially against well-organised teams like Udinese, who did really well. The important thing is that we have good team spirit and the will to win. We also have quality. As long as we keep working hard, the players will express themselves better and better.”

On new signing Wesley Sneijder:

“He did very well, he was a bit more rested. He played like he did against Milan, we’ve understood he is a very good purchase, a very useful player, also tactically, he deserved the goal.”

On Sulley Muntari:

“He made some errors, despite having done very well. I think it has more to do with anxiety among the fans when the result is uncertain. He had made some mistakes, but they weren’t decisive.”
