Massimo Moratti spoke to Inter Channel after watching the Nerazzurri win the Italian Super Cup against Roma.
“This team is made up of people with character and sense of responsibility. I am proud of them. The victories have given these boys confidence. I think the coach wants the defence to play higher up the pitch and it might not work perfectly at the start, but everything will gradually be put right. It’s our umpteenth cup and we’re a bit used to it but it should still be celebrated. We’re happy with the Italian Super Cup and starting from tomorrow we will think about the European one. I noticed lots of enthusiasm among the fans and this makes me happy. Julio Cesar? He made a save that was out of the ordinary. He did well.”
