This is the time of year when rumors about player transfers go into overdrive.
Inter President Massimo Moratti has said several times this week that he has received no offers yet for Mario Balotelli and that it will take an offer in the 30 million euros range before he will consider selling the player.
Interestingly La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Manchester City have made a €25m offer for Balotelli last night with a further €5m fee that would be paid based on Balotelli’s performance.
That offer was rejected but reports are that Man City executives are in Milan and are meeting with Inter, something that Moratti denied this morning.
All the signs are there that a deal for Balotelli will be struck this week and that he will be moving onto the Premier League. The question then is who does Inter sign to replace him?

We’ve lost the oportunity to get Tevez in exchange for Balotelli because of the new extra-communitary law, I think that was the best solution to this issue, however there is some Italian players like G.Rossi or Cassano that can improve the role of Balotelli, on the other hand what about getting a great midfielder to join Sneijder assisting the strikers like Cesc Fabregas or Robben or Ribery, someone like these players, that could be a better option.
Inter must sign Cesc Fabregas
