Brozovic had been linked with a move away from Inter all summer, but those stories seemed to have been put to bed after the Croatian midfielder signed a new contract last month.
But with the club needing to make a €25 million profit in order to satisfy Fifa’s Financial Fair Play regulations, the offer for Brozovic could be too good to turn down. Inter paid just €5m for Brozovic and the opportunity to make a €45 million profit will be extremely difficult to turn down.
Since the arrival of Pioli, Brozovic has rediscovered his form and has started in each of Inter’s last three victories. The midfielder has featured 11 times this season scoring 3 goals, but with Inter’s next fixture scheduled for January the 8th, Inter could go into that fixture having sold Brozovic.
Based on the rumors coming out of the Pioli, Ausilio and Suning meeting earlier this week, Suning will take any available profit from a Brozovic sale and invest it in new players.
