Cagliari midfielder Nicolo Barella has arrived for his medical ahead of a €45m transfer to Inter.
Barella passed the first part of his medical at Humanitas clinic in Rozzano on Friday morning and checked into the Italian Olympic Committee offices in Milan for the second round of tests.
He will then be able to sign his contract with Inter before being confirmed as their fourth summer signing after Diego Godin, Valentino Lazaro and Stefano Sensi.
Sky Sport Italia claims the Nerazzurri are signing the 22-year-old on loan with an obligation to buy for €45m plus bonuses, whereas Gazzetta dello Sport believe it is a €10m loan with a €35m compulsory purchase option.
That is a lot of money for the midfielder, but he consensus across social media from Inter fans is that this is a good deal. Do you agree?
