According to transfermarketweb.com, Inter centre-back Andrea Ranocchia is out of contract at the end of the season, and is expected to be sold when the January transfer window opens.
The former Inter captain and Italian international has been put in cold storage by Luciano Spalletti, as he has yet to make an appearance for Inter this season.
With the defender able to leave for free on a Bosman transfer next summer, Inter will try and recoup some money for Ranocchia during the January transfer window.
Ranocchia picked up some admirers in England after his successful loan spell at Hull City a couple of years ago. One possible destination then could be a return to the Premier League with Watford.
Considering how English clubs overpay for players, Inter could well get €5m for Ranocchia in January, which would be a pretty good deal.
