It will be interesting to see how Pioli balances rotating his squad, versus trying to win the match. We saw in the Europa League earlier this season that Inter have a lack of depth in the squad, and resting of more than two starters can have a negative impact on the team’s performance.
Despite that Pioli is expected to make a couple of changes with Gabigol expected to replace Icardi, while Gary Medel is back in the squad for the first time in two months, and I would expect him to be one of the substitutes.
