Geoffrey Kondogbia has flattered to deceive since arriving from AS Monaco last summer in a €30 million deal. But it looks like Kondogbia’s spell in Serei A could be coming to an end as he is wanted by former Roma boss Rudi Garcia at Ligue 1 side Marseille.
According to today’s edition of L’Equipe, the French side could offer €40 million to sign Kondogbia in the January transfer window.
Kondogbia, who was tipped to become the ‘new Yaya Toure’, struggled to impose himself in games under Roberto Mancini last term and struggled with playing time under Frank De Boer this season.
While only 23, Kondogbia has really struggled to put together any sort of consistent run of form since arriving at Inter, and his lack of tactical knowhow drove de Boer crazy.
If Marseille came in with a €40 million offer in January, would you accept it? Would you let Kondogbia go?
